Description: This course fulfills the requirement for graduation and the

sexuality/sex education; State ADAP requirements; CPR Training; First Aid
Procedures; safety practices, responsibility for health decisions,

Target Heart Rate Zone. Weight lifting and flexibility exercises are included in
this course. A personal workout plan is designed and implemented in the course.
