When is Graduation?

Graduation has been set for Saturday, May 19^th at 9:00 am.  Graduation will be held at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park.  Additional details to follow.

Balfour will be outside the café on Thursday, February 23^rd during both lunch periods.  Anyone who wishes to pay their Senior Graduation fees in person rather than online may do so at this time.

What is the Graduation Fee?

The mandatory graduation fee for all seniors is $95.00. This fee covers cap, tassel, gown, all expenses incurred by graduation such as sound system rental, parking, programs, flowers, tickets, diploma covers, logistic items such as truck rental for band equipment and all other items required to host a graduation for 500+ graduating students.

How Do I Pay for the Graduation Fee?

You may pay your graduation fee on-line at www.gabalfour.com (select Graduation/Shop Now, select Alpharetta High School, Start Shopping/Click Here, Pay Senior Dues is in the upper right hand corner). Please pay these dues by Tuesday, February 29, 2012. After February 29, the fee increases $10 on March 1, $20 on April 1, and $30 on May 1. The $95 fee does not include your personal graduation announcements, rings or any other product you order from Balfour. Make sure you get an email confirmation from Balfour that your cap/gown/fees have been paid.

Cap & Gown Delivery

Your Cap & Gown will be delivered to school at a future date. Once this date has been scheduled, you will be notified as to when you can pick up your Cap & Gown.

Rehearsal

A rehearsal date and time will be set in early May.  Each student will receive 12 tickets for Graduation 2012.
