Parents -- be sure your email provider allows alert notification emails from ParentCONNECT. Some email providers view the alerts as junk mail or spam and are rejecting the emails. Emails have been returned from accounts in Comcast, Earthlink, AOL, Yahoo, etc. Add This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to your allowed sender's list.

Parents with AOL email accounts: AOL will not deliver alert notifications from the ParentCONNECT server. Please contact AOL to request that they allow the emails to be delivered.

Parents must have an email address entered in ParentCONNECT before using the email links in ParentCONNECT to contact a teacher. To enter an email address, log on to ParentCONNECT, click Settings (in the upper right corner of the Home page). Enter the email address twice and click Apply.
