Students have the following options to serve detention:

Carefully read each of the items below:

1. Bring all necessary materials needed to complete assignments. You may use appropriate outside reading material when assignments are completed. Newspapers, magazines, novels are examples.
2. Tardiness to detention is not acceptable. Students who are tardy must attend a different detention for the full 45 minutes.
3. Any misbehavior in detention will result in further disciplinary action.

• No talking without permission or communication by other means to fellow students.
• No sleeping or putting head down on desk. You may stand next to your chair with permission from instructor.
• Must do school work or read during detention.
• No food or drink. Water is allowed.
• No electronic devices except calculators. No CD, DVD, MP3 players. No cell phones.
• Devices will be confiscated and turned over to administrator.
• Students are not allowed to enter tardy to detention.
